My response to your Bug Handler for solving an issue

I appreciate the help I get whenever I have an issue with the software. It doesn’t happen often, but, when it does I know I will get prompt and courteous attention to my issue, and a solution. I certainly can’t say that about all developers.

In addition, let me say that I think your software is an essential feature of my life. I love books, and have enough of them on few enough topic that I need to be able to tell all I can about each of them, and remind myself which ones I have, so that I don’t end up with (too many) duplicates. Your program lets me do that quickly and easily.

So, in summary: thanks for the software; and, thanks for the assistance when I’ve needed it.
