2 months in.... lost a tooth

A little disappointed :(  I have had my dentures for 2 months now. I am back to talking completely normal (have been since almost the beginning) I am also back to eating pretty much 100% normally. So, today, as I was eating a cheeseburger, a tooth in front on my lower partial came off. Is this  something that can happen frequently or is it a rare occurrence? I plan on calling the dentist first thing Monday morning to see if they can fix it right away. Luckily I didn't swallow it! I'm kinda scared to eat anything now

One word: Warranty. You paid a lot for those things. Don't put up with "fixed".Get a new set. The lab blew it when they made'em. And the replacement won't cost the dentist a dime.

I got an upper partial back in February, Within a couple days I lost a tooth had to go back, they repaired it on the same day. After another couple of days, I lost another tooth and had to return once again for repair. Paid over $1900 for this thing and to have 2 separate teeth to come out in 1 week was pretty scary and frustrating. I have not had a problem since but it's always in the back of your mind. Dentists are all overpaid crooks and charge ridiculous fees, and they have the consumers by the short hairs.
