I am so scared of this but I know in the end it will be worth it. Not being in pain anymore and I have lupus and they say getting these will help me fell better all the time. I just want to know what to expect at first. Thank you.

The best thing you can do is wear them, because if you don't it will be near impossible to convey exactly what is wrong with them when you go back is ~ so you'll just be spinning your wheels instead of making all the progress you can make at the visits.

Everyone on this site and the other, I shouldn't say everyone, but most say ~ wear them as much as possible.

You have to do what's right for you.  I know my neighbor got his year before last or last year, he refuses to wear them, they don't fit.  He got fed up right at the start and didn't wear them so he couldn't get the bugs worked out and now he simply doesn't wear them.  His wife just brought me a whole grocery bag of all of his supplies.  It's a shame really, because if he would just put them in he could get them to where they fit.

If you can please try and wear them.  Regardless what they look like today, tomorrow next week, is really in the grand scheme of things minor to what it will do to you mentally if you don't wear them at all, can't them perfect and then feel self conscience, shame because you have no teeth,

I am not try to make you feel worse. Just trying to talk to you honestly because I know what I feel like even talking around here with mine out and that's with my family.  I couldn't do that in the real world for an extended period of time and I certainly wouldn't want to imagine doing it for the rest of my years.

I have tried to put them back in twice or 4 times a day and it's just the top that bothers me. It's goes clear up to my nose, and the hole overbite really gets me! I know looks are nothing for right now it's the healing but I don't think they were made right.

You may want to start your own thread, only because folks who visited this one and are done with it probably won't be back.  I new one from you will get some additional exposure from those who did decide they were done here.  Just something to think about.

I can say this from the picture you showed I can't see much and if I didn't know better I could think that picture is of the bottom of my face last week.

Can you maybe start a new thread and post a picture where we can see the teeth, maybe profile.

Pain would indicate there is swelling. I agree with Zipity that you have to wear them because they are never goiing to feel right if you dont let your gums form to them.
