PRESS RELEASE

USpharma Reintroduces Cushion GripTM Original Formula to U.S. Market
Professional Strength Thermoplastic Denture Adhesive Returns to Retail !!

MIAMI LAKES, Fla.—January 15, 2019—USpharma Ltd announced today it has
started manufacturing and distributing Cushion Grip, Thermoplastic Denture Adhesive, to
the U.S. market. Since first being introduced in 1950, Cushion Grip was consistently a
favorite consumer product for denture wearers due to its long lasting 4-day secure hold,
and cushioned softness. The product was manufactured and distributed in the U.S. through
2014.

A passionate and loyal fan base kept the Cushion Grip product alive via social media and blogs. YouTubers made videos pleading for the return of Cushion Grip to mass merchandisers and drug store retailers, which lead to a petition being launched on
Change.org to bring the product back with close to 500 signatures. After ceasing
manufacturing operations in 2014, the limited available supply of product drove resellers’
prices on eBay and Amazon to hundreds of dollars per 1 oz tube, but nevertheless, the sales
continued.

Cushion Grip, known for its ability to hold dentures securely four times longer than
ordinary dental cream adhesives, is manufactured at USpharma’s state-of-the-art facility in Florida using thermoplastic polymers that are heat activated and 100% waterproof.
Cushion Grip is packaged in a 1 oz tube, zinc-free, and completely non-toxic. Manesh
Dixit, Ph.D., CEO of USpharma, stated “We are delighted to manufacture and distribute
this iconic brand of denture adhesive in its original formula to the 30 million wearers of
denture plates in the U.S. We have launched online sales through Amazon and are ready
to ship to U.S. retailers.

It is still $499.99 on Amazon.  Please, don't buy it through that paypal link as the patent for this product is dead.  It would be nice if they brought it back on the market however there was no news that Bayer sold this to USPharma

I did some brief research on this company and it appears that they have one type of product. I wouldn’t purchase anything from them until there is actual proof that this is legit. Sadly, people use this site for products not on the up and up. More specifically, not FDA approved.

No thank you. A press release doesn’t do anything for terms of legitimacy. Verifying FDA approval, does.

Annie Huff Hamilton - Besides our press release which announces Bayer's sale of the product to USpharma, the Cushion Grip previous manufacturer Merck will also be posting an announcement on their website this week.  The transfer of the trademark/registered mark is in process with the USPTO.  Cushion Grip is really back, in its original formula.  We started shipping orders at the end of last week.

I still am only finding the pack of 2 for $979.00 which is, obviously, NUTS, on Amazon.com.  I don't want to risk loosing the $20 and my paypal info on that scrawny little paypal page.  When will it be listed on Amazon?

We shipped to Amazon today, so they will hit their warehouse on Wed. They might need a day to check them in so I’m guessing Thursday or Friday. Did you see the new website we launched today?

I have not seen the new website.  I just googled cushiongrip.com and nothing is there.  There is a cushiongrip.org, interestingly enough.

That cushiongrip.org is/was run by Thomas Warner DDS.  Ha!  You should be able to get a marketing person online to spread the word and have your sales up and going in a month!

I checked out USPharma Ltd - it's a real company located in Florida, and they are indeed selling Cushion Grip. I just received my tube today. Patents don't "die". A patent can be renewed up to 20 years, then it expires. Once expired, it's up for grabs. I don't know how USPharma is able to bring Cushion Grip back, but they are and as soon as I save up a few more dollars, I'll definitely be ordering more!

Thanks for your support Alysia.  Actually, USpharma acquired the product manufacturing and distribution rights, including registrations and trademarks from Bayer. See linked press release. :)

I've received mine from Amazon.  It's 1 oz, which is a very small tube for $20.00 but shipping was included.  I'm not sure if that is because I have Prime or not.  I've read some reviews where people have said that over time it hardens to a cement like substance and they had to have the dentist remove it from their dentures so I haven't tried it yet.  Because of that, it must be a much different formula than the Japanese stuff I've been using because after a few days that stuff just lifts off in a clump and I have to reapply.  It's very stretchy as you chew also.  Anyway, I'm sure there's going to be loads of videos on youtube about how to use it and it's properties.  I have a very busy week at work so I can't try it until next weekend on Friday.  Good luck everyone and may they lower the price for this stuff some time soon.
