I was getting ready to put my dentures in using Secure and wanted to brush my gums first. I reached for my toothpaste, in a rush, and grabbed the Fixodent instead.

Pay attention to the tube! What a mess I had! I couldn't stop laughing in between expletives!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

That's funny... I don't care who ya are! I keep 'em in separate drawers but I have still come close! That sounds funnier than when everyone was describing trying to clean adhesive from their palate, with strings and gobs of glue hanging from their fingers. All I had used up to that time was POWDER adhesive! I didn't understand what all the fuss was about. By the time I was ready to take my dentures out, most of the adhesive was gone or softened up enough so a quick rinse and it was gone. Then I tried the pastes! I'm standing there with strings and gobs slimy goo stretched from my mouth to my hands, all over face.... thinking NOW I understand! I was cracking up!
Laughter is the best medicine.

Ken, I am ROFLOL about that last one. An experience I would prefer not to talk about with two totally different products meant for totally different things! Eeeks!
