Can't eat or drink without dentures falling out

I had to have all my teeth removed due to illness but I have never been able to keep dentures in. My regular dentist couldn't figure out why they wouldn't fit so referred me to a dental hospital. They spent a lot of time getting accurate impressions etc but they still couldn't make me dentures which will stay in. The problem seems to be there is no suction. I have tried all types of adhesive and a paste helps them to stay in until I eat or drink anything, then they fall out. Even a few sips of coffee causes them to fall out. I'm only 41 years old and this is severely affecting my quality of life as I can't eat or drink in public without severe embarrassment of removing my teeth. I now avoid going out T eat with my husband and young children so it's affecting their life too. I can't afford implants. Please help!

did you try secure paste its the best out there.  Sounds like you are havijg a hard time.  I also as soon as I at or drink my bottom could pop out.  So sometimes I take them out.  My top are partial so they lock in.  The bottoms are always a problem.

I am just like her. I have a huge make up bag of pastes , powder, straps, secure, nothing will work. I've had 4 realignments and a new denture since last Feb when this disaster started.
I went AGAIN to dentist yesterday, he said I need to see oral surgeon, maybe they can shave my gum?? I cant get implants- $35,000. And I'm scared of the word implant. That's why I'm in this horrible mess. Because of bladder mesh implant. My teeth rotted out from infections
I sit and search for waysure to get my denture to stay in. I even ordered bazooka gum! And tried to rinse the sugar coating off. And stick the gum in my denture. It didnt work. It's just horrible.. I'm 43.

Hi. I gave up on my bottom ones a long time ago- they wouldn't stay in even with adhesive! I think I've tried every adhesive/paste in the uk market and only fixodent paste (not powder) holds top ones in until I put anything in my mouth

r u a candidate for implants?  you would need two and then a partial would snap in and no paste needed.  Even if you go the oral surgeon be sure what he does will help.  Ask him about if your gums are healthy enough for implants.  Just think about it.

Hi, Thank you.
The dentist at daily dentures says NO. My sinus are too low and too much bone loss. And I definitely will get more than one opinion before I do anything else surgical. I'm just so upset. Money.Time. hungry. I have these hog jowls! Ugh!
Thanks again for responding. I'm so ashamed to talk to my family.

Bummer I only wish I was .  Go to surgeon c what he says.  Is this your first denture?  Could it be that it just was not made correctly?  Don't push away your family you need some support.

This is my 3Rd upper denture since Feb 2015 by 2 different makers. I don't think it's the denture. It's me. My luck. I know it will be ok. I just need to be more patient.

The dentist says I don't have any bone for the denture to hold on to.
I'm just going for consult on Tuesday with oral surgeon.
