I had 16 teeth removed 12 days ago for full uppers and lowers and will be going for my first adjustment tomorrow. Pain and aggravation are beginning to subside quite a bit but eating is quite a challenge. A few things my wife and I have found that I can handle are: Canned fruits, peaches, pears, mixed fruit/ Raviolis - Taste great but would suggest you cut em down to small bite sizes after they're cooked/ Carnation Instant Breakfast - Just a drink but I think it is designed to have some nutritional value and they taste pretty good. I wanted meat and found that Cormell Taco Meats are great! Already shredded, put in a bowl, add a little water and microwave for 1.5 minutes. Tastes like real meat. At night I take em out and treat myself to some M&Ms. No peanuts of course but just let em melt.
