I have found another good product to cushion dentures. EZO has both upper and lower cushions that you can easily install yourself. The instructions for it says to only leave it in for one day, but I find I can leave it in for days at a time. It is inexpensive! Look it up online and try it out! I no longer have sore lower gums.

What's your secret? I've purchased this stuff twice before and ended up throwing it away both times. It was dry and crumbly and I could never get it to work.

I tried and wasted my money. I tried a couple times and no cushion. Let me know how you used it.  I followed the directions. No hope for the bottoms.

Did you run warm water over it as it instructs?  It cannot be dry and crumbly if it is wet.  It absorbs the water somewhat and becomes pliable.  I push it down into my denture, use scissors to trim off  the excess and it absolutely cushions them for me.

If you truly want a good cushion, try DenSureFit. It's not a paste. Go to their site. I have ordered from them 4 times now. Very helpful and reputable. The only problem with this stuff is that it is silicone and my experiene is that paste doesn't stick to it very well. However, I have now run across something else, a denture paste, that they say will hold any denture. I ordered some and when it arrives I'll try it out and let this forum know.
