So here is my problem. I had a full extraction of my bottom teeth and I screwed up and didn't get an immediate denture. I have to return to work next week and I need them ASAP!

What is the quickest way for me to get my teeth? Ive called around and got mixed responses. Some said to wait a month for healing. The oral surgeon told me I could do it next week if I wanted.

I just need a set of bottom teeth to tide me over for about 6 months so I can get some implants.

Well I had all 16 upper teeth removed. And the average waiting time is roughly 45 days for the wait. Around the 45th day without upper teeth, I was given my permanent denture. Yea you can always go back and get implants if you can afford them at over $1000 per implant. Most dentists would likely still give you a temp denture as they are typically one size fits all. And it would be far cheaper than implants. Me having no upper teeth am and have been considering getting 2 implants on the top in the back where the molars used to be, this will help the denture from shifting when eating and talking and reduce the need for any denture adhesive.
