I have a lot of pain yet, it has been 3 weeks since my teeth out and emediate dentures in. I have a lot of Pain. Called dental place last Thursday to get it checked out. Can’t get an appointment till the 9th. I asked for an antibiotic, but didn’t give me anything. I’m frustrated and depressed. I understand they just can’t hand out narcotics, but I’m in so much pain. O c t’s are not helping much. They don’t leave openings for emergencies in their schedules.
I made a poor decision when I picked this chain of emediate dentures.

I’ve had my top dentures for almost three weeks and I totally feel your pain! Luckily for me, my dentist sees me the same day when I call but it seems like every couple of days, there’s a new sore spot. The only thing that has helped my pain is ibuprofen, I have narcotics for a health issue but they don’t touch this pain! I take an 800 mg ibuprofen that my dentist prescribed and I get a lot of relief in about 30-40 minutes!

You need to go see your medical doctor or the ER to get it checked out to make sure that you don't have an infection in your gums that would cause you all this pain. And tell them you can't get into the dentist until the 9th that was the earliest they would do it knowing that it's an emergency.

Did your dentist give you antibiotics after your teeth were pulled? Mine did so I wouldn’t get an infection. Do you have a fever?
