I an 7 days in. had all my top and three on the bottom extracted so total 18 teeth and immediate dentures put in.I have had a sore spot on the left top since the first day have been back to my dentist twice and he has adjusted them but I am still in constant pain..I have taken them out twice a day and rinsed with warm salt water as my dentist prescribed and now have ulcers on the inside of my lower lip and on the side of my tongue and still the sore on my top left..I have tried everything from ambesol to oragel to even cloreseptic and still am in pain..Please help with advice because I am ready to just take them out and leave them out because of this pain.

You need to go back to the dentist. If you have ulcers, an adjustment is needed to fix it. They may be putting pressure causing the ulcers, or they could be moving around. Shouldn’t be that painful 7 days out, unless there’s an issue. Make the dentist correct whatever it is.

Exactly what she said go back to your dentist and go back as many times as you absolutely need because there's no reason for you to be in pain. Whatever is going on he needs to make an adjustment for it. And for you breaking out with ulcers that needs to be looked at. Maybe a dose of antibiotics might help. But I would start with him.

Yeah, you can’t play around with that. Should be adjusted, and until it’s right. Temps will never fit great. Always gonna struggle with getting loose. But they should NOT be painful
