I had to look up an old post from another forum but found it!  Here you go:

I ordered two tubes from but on 2/26/17.  It was about $32 if I recall back then.  Took about 10 days to Hershey PA and no signature required either.

When we first started ordering this on Rakuten Global Market direct from Japan over a year ago you had to sign for it and the Web Site was in Japanese!  TG for Google Chrome Translation!

I hope to find out soon. Ordered it 14 days ago. They don't provide tracking info so I have no clue when I will get to give it a try.

Yes Ramona... it's great stuff!  I have a number of videos on YouTube.  Takes a bit of trial and error to find how best it works for you.

Hi Ted question is Cushion Grip coming back through another vendor.  I never used this product, however I did buy 1 tube along time ago.  But when I heard is was being discontinued I never used it.  Still have it.  Just holding on to it.  Using SECURE.

Cushion Correct is made and sold in Japan.  It only recently became available on Amazon and eBay.  Last year we had to buy it on the Rakuten Global Market and many people had problems ordering for some reason.  Mostly from mobile devices.  Chrome Browser translated from Japanese and E-mails with the vendors were cryptic at times, but readable.

Cushion Grip was a similar product made by Schering-Plough and when they got bought out and Bayer discontinued production of the product.

These products are not adhesives but are known as Gap Fillers or DIY Temporary Soft Linings.  You could probably sell that CG at a hefty profit on eBay!

People must REALLY love Cushion Grip?  There are SO MANY other good options out there!  #notwithmymoney

Here are two recent eBay "sold listings" for Cushion Grip:

No... the above products (and Cushion Grip) are DIY "Cushion" Liners, not adhesives.
Secure is an Adhesive.  Here's the explanation from Shionogi Cushion Correct EZ's English Instructions:

1 Cushion type: Denture adhesive paste is filled in the spaces between dentures and gums, and makes the dentures stick stably to gums. Ingredients are not dissolved by saliva etc. and the adhesive paste becomes gradually hard and remains on the dentures.

2 Glue type: Denture adhesive glue increases adhesive performance with liquid and saliva in the mouth, and makes the dentures adhere stably to gums. Ingredients are dissolved by saliva etc. and the denture adhesive glue gradually disappears.

Brotherbart you may want to check out that PDF - the one in the box will be in Japanese!

From what people say about Secure, it sounds like it would rip the Cushion Correct out of the dentures when you take them out.

I have some Secure so if the Cushion Correct ever gets here I shall see. Ordered it 14 days ago.

I have yet to have that happen with Secure and Cushion Correct.
It did happen with the Boneyf AG lining and one of the other Japanese products.
Secure is great stuff!
Hope your product arrives soon!

I hope so too Ted. A very expensive set of "immediates" are sitting in the cup for two months now. At three weeks she put in the soft reline with the paint stripper curing agent and I went down hard for a week. It took me days to get a $200 reline scraped out of those dentures.

High hopes for Cushion Correct.

We're all different, but what I like to to with CC in my lower is to make a little "Gummie Worm" and press it into the the lower denture.  I then put it in my mouth and bite down with a LITTLE pressure for about 5 minutes.  I then take out the denture and trim up the CC where needed and repeat the hold it in place with my bite,  After that, I take out for about 10-15 minutes to let it "set up" or air dry just a tad.

You won't find that procedure in the PDF, but it works for me.  Find what works for you with a little experimentation.

My order from Amazon only took 10 days in February.  If this is the "NEW NORM" I'll go back to ordering off Rakuten Global Market?  I made this Spreadsheet last year to compare PayPal vs. VISA.  Check out the delivery times.  You need to sign for it though, but you do get a Tracking #.   Ships Japan EMS Airmail.

Shopping Demo I made:  https://youtu.be/sAirNZbyy5w

You pay for shipping, so it helps to order in quantity.

Could be a supply vs. demand thing now that they're selling it on eBay and Amazon?

Got a vendor response that it could be as long as the end of the month. Saying that is why they can offer free shipping.

Let's hope it's not on the Slow Boat from... well, Japan!
These are the shipping methods Rakuten Global Market uses:
Red plane FAST.  Blue Boat SLOW.

They make 10 gram CCEZ & 12 gram CC Tubes.  Honestly, it's such a small amount it's not worth it IMHO.

Use this link:   https://global.rakuten.com/en/category/402787/
(That's the "Denture Stabilizer" Category)
Search "Cushion 36g"
It will come up Cushion Collect 36g  (LOL - translation issue?)
Energy and Drug Pony are both good vendors.
Shipping tends to be $15-20 so we usually order 4 or it's expensive.

Datsun 260Z and I pioneered this whole thing last year.

This is the Amazon Vendor I used in February FYI:  SHOEIDO_PHARMACY

If you want a YouTube Video I made this last year:
https://youtu.be/sAirNZbyy5w

I advise doing this from a computer and NOT a mobile device like a phone or tablet.

I E-mailed the vendor I ordered from to find out how they ship it.  There are several different vendors selling different versions of this product.  Six weeks as Melanie mentions seems a bit long.

Since you mentioned earlier that you had a reaction to the Dentist's Liner, have you thought about trying just a very small amount at first?  Perhaps like a small pea size dab on your upper or lower.  This stuff is totally different, but still might be wise?

No reaction. I think it is going to work well. Ordered two tubes of regular CC to get it on the way.

(P.S. Just watched the "Satisfaction" video on youtube. HAHAHA)

Yeah "Rosie" the forum moderator and I had a little feud going last year.
Comfort Lining a/k/a Jennifer Watson's SCAM PRODUCT is another story.
Glad you have a sense of humor.
Neither aforementioned individuals did.  :-)

I moderate a two million plus post forum on the web. I understand the occasional member encounter. ;-) A few of our members would have used "Get Off Of My Cloud" or "Oh No, Not You Again" for me. :-)

Glad you are here and helped me find something that works for me.

That's weird because so did mine in February.  I know of at least one other member in another Denture Group that got hers in 10 days.  EMS must be "Express", SAL must be when they have room on the plane or "Standard" and the "Blue Boat" must be Economy?  Pure guesses on that.

I do know shipping on Rakuten was more around $18 for four tubes last year.  That amount of 36g lasted me over a year and I was doing A LOT of testing/wasting!

I did take the tin snips to the tubes to get every last bit out btw.  I think I got another 3 or 4 grams out of the tube that way?

Yeah the Japan Post site says that SAL is the lowest priority. Since it all travels by air it seems like a lot of extra work to figure out what to leave on the pile for later. I ordered some Liodent to give it a shot also.

Liodent is good.  A bit softer so it doesn't hold up quite as well for me anyway.
Toothless Hillbilly likes it best of the four Japanese Products.
Last I heard from him he had it in for 3 weeks straight.
He responded to a question last year on how to use the tube key.

He was promptly kicked off by Rosie.  :-(
Thanks for the memory!  ROFL

HAHAHA. I got booted off of a site for the first time in my life two nights ago. A site I started in 2001 and handed off to somebody else in 2014.
