I am suffering through frequent mouth infections. I am keeping a lot of safety and cleanliness for my mouth. I even do brush 2 times a day. Still the infection harasses me at 2-3 weeks of time interval. Can anyone suggest best solution of it?

I'm sorry to hear that, Jacob. If you're experiencing mouth infections and soreness that often, I'd suggest contacting your dentist right away. While rinsing with warm salt water is often a great at-home remedy for mouth soreness, your dentist should have a look to make sure it's not anything more serious.

Hope it starts to feel better!

My dentist had had given me an oral anteseptic, it required a perscrciption but worked great. I now use orajel anteseptic rinse as my moutwash, works great and no issues. Maybe your dentist can perscribe the rinse I had, check with him/her.

^^^That rinse is called Peridex Oral Rinse and it's awesome! My dentist always prescribes it whenever I get any type of dental work done just to prevent infections.

Sounds like you have ''gum disease'' and will need to see a periodontist or oral surgeon for those extractions...I suffered from gum disease too, however, once my dentist recommended a ''partial'' for my lower, he left 5 lower teeth... which I'm happy to say, there is NO MORE infection...and no more ''deep cleanings'' either ... Antibiotics and a medicated Oral Rinse after extractions will do wonders...CHLORHEXIDINE 0.12% ORAL RINSE (probably the Generic version) is what I was prescribed..twice a day for 2 weeks...my cost was $5.88...It worked GREAT!!

Good Luck Jacob .. Keep updating on your progress.. We're all here to help you during this ''Journey'' with dentures ... You'll have a beautiful Smile soon, and no more pain or infection...
