Why is my email address not registering when you've been sending me emails?

That's just annoying, you sent out messages saying please come back and upload onto the site and then -

'This morning there was technical error that caused the site to email members, repeatedly, every 10-15 mins. If you got these emails, we're sincerely sorry and apologize.' -

but when I did, it tells me my email address isn't registered with you. ?? And as for the five step plan I have to go through just to send this message, including 'We've estimated the likelihood of your question getting noticed', that's really fcking annoying. I estimate the chances of me letting my network of artists, etc how rank this is to be fairly high if nobody answers. Come on guys, bad way to run things.

Let's see if we can change that mood Cathleen :)

1. Are you using the right e-mail? We have hotmail address on file.

2. Our system uses username to login, did you try that with password? Your username is Cathleen.

3. Are you seriously saying that getsatisfaction.com asked you to choose a plan. That is beyond annoying, it's stupid. I'll look into this and if that's the case, we'll shutdown this account and you can use: http://designerscouch.zendesk.com/ano...

In fact, I'll focus more on our zendesk that getsatisfaction.com.

I look forward to your response. If you still have problem, we'll try to resolve it asap.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply, though I didn't need to receive 12 of them. And I'm not saying get satisfaction asked me to chose a plan, I'm taling about the whole contact you/feedback rigmarole we have to go through just to let you know your site isn't working properly. Try it and see...
p.s. and now after being sent two new passwords and having to reset it a third time, I'm out.

I have the same problem. That and I was unable to update my profile and I left a message before and noone got back about it.

Sorry about that Paul. Can you look at those 2 steps mentioned above? If you use username and password, it would work.

Maybe I have got the password wrong but I cannot reset it because it does not accept my email. My username is smallfox, I'm pretty sure.

But the site doesn't recognise my email. It says it is not registered on Designerscouch even though it sends emails to that address. It doesn't really matter I guess since I haven't been able to use the desgnerscouch account from the beginning and have no investment in it. If the site is faulty that really isn't my problem, it's yours.
