Through Incident #910‐17155, I was informed that
FW nicknames need to be maintained manually and will not sync with changes made
on the host or within IB. Business
Implication: Causes member confusion
when the account nicknames in IB do not match FW. Business Outcome Desired: FW should be automatically updated with any
nickname changes in IB. Account nicknames should be consistent throughout the
online banking experience.
