Why can't we get access to user information for FW in Admin Platform? It's a pain to go back and forth to the user! I wish we could see the FW notifications too! There is nothing for FW in Admin Platform regarding checking/verifying accounts and alerts.

From Richard Drohan: AMEN!!! Our FI is getting more and more users using FW and the issues
keep rising. We have no way to debug these issues directly at the FI in
either member support or operations because of no tools in Admin
Platform. Account updates, third party account integration and updates,
browser compatibilty issues, etc. The typical turnaround for an FW
incident is weeks, not days! PLEASE enhance support in Admin Platform
for FW!

From Jen Shefner: FinanceWorks notifications do not generate many questions at our credit
union today; however, our Electronic Banking Specialists have
communicated that centralizing access to ALL notification including,
SRTs, Bill Pay, FinanceWorks, Text Messages/Alerts, A2A & P2P etc.
within the New Support Dashboard would beneficial.

This seems like a reasonable request. I've often haggled with Bank of America's support staff about their "MyPortfolio" product, which is the equivalent of FW. B of A has very little ability to help solve any of my issues regarding MyPortfolio, so this pain DI FIs are feeling is probably very well-founded and parallel to that I feel (and B of A feels).
