I sampled the audio for Morning Prayer, 4/22/2010, and heard the Dismissal prayer given by a woman: "Go in peace...." This Dismissal is reserved to a priest or deacon, which should be given by a man acting as a priest or deacon, or, preferably, given by an actual priest or deacon. Otherwise, it is appropriate for a man or woman to recite the prayer "in absence of a priest or deacon": "May the Lord bless us, protect us...."

You are correct about this. In the Four-volume LOTH it implies that laity should do this in Easter, but it turns out, after we recorded several, that the LOTH was confusing and we stopped doing that. I meant to have these replaced before they came around again. Thanks for pointing it out.
