Yes. Send us an email to support@draftanalyzer.com and we can set-up a call time.  We use skype and join.me for screen sharing that is excellent.

If you can't sign in and you recently purchased, check your spam folder.  Or send us an email and we can resend your confirmation email with your login credentials.

Ted Kasten, Please Advise, I have tried multiple times. I have yet to get an email, checked junk folder. I have also sent your support an email. I now have 2 charges on my credit card and no access to your program.

I am having the same problem just paid today and can not get in, no emails from draft analyzer anywhere, but my PayPal was charged....needed it for drat today, very disappointing

Craig - We can look up your license and get you going. I don't know your last name, so please let us know your email and last name and we can easily find your purchase info.  Some PayPal users authorize PayPal for the purchase but don't click "Complete Purchase" after and therefore their purchase doesn't go through, their license isn't created and they can't login or find an email receipt.

I am also having this issue. I signed up yesterday and cannot login or reset password. I did not receive a receipt/confirmation via email (nothing in spam folder either) but my card was charged.

We can look up your license and get you going. I don't know your last name, so please let us know your email and last name and we can easily find your purchase info.  If the CC was declined for any reason, this could cause the confusion as the purchase won't go through but there isn't a lot of messaging in the buy page when that happens.

Brian - Check your PayPal or CC statement to see if you were actually charged.  If you were, let us know the day/time of purchase and email/last name used so we can find your license and get you going.  If not, go ahead and purchase again and make sure you click "Complete Purchase" after authorizing with PayPal or entering CC info.  If you do end up with duplicate purchases, we can easily refund one of them.  Hope this helps get you going. You can send info to support@draftanalyzer.com as well.

Braden - Your license was created using braden.beam email address.  I resent the email.  You should have been good to go.  Let us know if not.
