Brian - Check your PayPal or CC statement to see if you were actually charged. If you were, let us know the day/time of purchase and email/last name used so we can find your license and get you going. If not, go ahead and purchase again and make sure you click "Complete Purchase" after authorizing with PayPal or entering CC info. If you do end up with duplicate purchases, we can easily refund one of them. Hope this helps get you going. You can send info to email@example.com as well.
