Including these items will help us resolve your issue quicker.  During the workday emails are typically answered and resolved within a few hours or quicker, otherwise within 24 hours.

I cannot get draft analyzer to import my yahoo leagues. I am currently in two yahoo leagues and one has already had its draft and the other still does not have every team confirmed. Do all of my yahoo leagues have to be completely filled and draft positions finalized for an import? Or should only the league that has already drafted import?

Secondly, when I go through the yahoo import process, after signing in with the pop up window, a new page loads  that remains blank. Is this normal? Or is their some problem with the import process? Please reply with some advice, I just paid a significant amount of money for this app to not work.

Can you send me a screenshot of where you are receiving the error.  Is it after you click login on the Yahoo popup page for the import?

Kickers are appearing in my Round two recommended top 5 players?????? Why is that happening and how do I fix it?

Also I am having a hard time loading up my yahoo league. Not sure how to disable pop up's but I have a mac and I am trying to load up my league from yahoo and it's not working

Please refund my money. All my leagues are on ESPN. This software is now useless to me for how I was using it.
