This video shows you how to sync the Draft Analyzer with your fantasy football draft on ESPN using a simple Chrome Extension tool. We will add live draft sync with CBS, NFL.com and other sites soon along with an extension for IE.

Update (Friday August 3rd):
- The Chrome extension provides live draft sync for ESPN, CBS and NFL.com (League settings for ESPN mock drafts can be imported, but can' be imported for CBS and NFL.com mock drafts, so create a league manually in the DA Dashboard using their league templates...very easy).

- ESPN Auction sync available now with version 3.1.0.

- We are adding support for live draft sync for Yahoo by Tuesday night August 7th.

IMPORTANT: Google Chrome on iPads do not support extensions, only Chrome on the desktop.  We have submitted an extension to Microsoft for the Edge browser, but they manually review every extension and give zero feedback on timing of availability.  IE does not support extensions.  Please use Chrome.

Yes try another one,  I just tested and it is working without issue on my end.  I am using Google Chrome.  And you will click Import Draft each time you want it to update.  Please click (CTRL SHIFT R) on your keyboard when in the Draft Analyzer to refresh your browser if you run into problems.   Let me know if this helps

ok. it seems to be working but it doesn't seem to be tracking picks automatically like it did last year? thats kinda not convenient.. i have to click on import when it gets closer to my turn to draft. is there a fix for that? also this time i used the draft analyzer on my laptop chrome and yahoo draft on my ipad separately. Do you think it should still work consistently if i access both on my ipad chrome?

Denny - Thank you for the post and glad you got it working. I agree that the need to click "Import" each time is not the most convenient.  Last year we crashed Yahoo's API Platform with too many requests during peak draft season, so they asked us to replace the auto sync from every 10 seconds to only when the user wants the import triggered.  So that is the reason behind that.

We are in the process of adding live draft sync for Yahoo leagues to our Chrome extension so you would get near real-time draft sync as long as you are using Chrome, which you are.  This extension allows us to import picks every 2 seconds, which really makes the experience excellent.  We should have support for Yahoo in the Chrome Extension by Tuesday end of day, is that okay for your timing?  Live draft sync for ESPN, CBS and NFL.com are already supported with the Chrome extension.

I have used my iPad a lot for in person drafts and it works very well for manually entering picks.  For a synced draft, I would highly recommend using your laptop because that will be easier/faster to switch between tabs or, for the best experience, allows you to have both apps (Yahoo draft room; Draft Analyzer) open side-by-side on a widescreen laptop.

Your sync options for Yahoo:
1) Click to Import: Use the DA on any device with the "Click to Import" draft picks feature as you have mentioned.  You can do this on one device or two devices if you want (would be pretty cool to have the DA open on your laptop and the Yahoo draft client open on your iPad).

2) Chrome Extension:  Use the soon to be released (Tuesday night August 6th) chrome extension to have real-time draft sync.  You would need to use one device for this as the browser needs to have the DA and Yahoo draft room open to communicate.  Also, Chrome extensions cannot be installed on iPads, so if you wanted to use your iPad you could use option #1.

Hope that helps.

Chris - I tested Google Chrome on an iPad today...unfortunately, Google Chrome does not allow any browser extensions to be installed on iPads.  I will try to test a chromebook on Sunday if possible.  The best user experience will be on a laptop or desktop using Chrome if you want to take advantage of the live draft sync feature.

I have tried multiple times to use the draft analyzer during espn mock drafts. Once my draft room launches I click on the draft now button on draft analyzer and turn on autosync. All of the teams in the league are imported however it does not import any of the picks. In the upper right corner the sync clock shows that it is constantly syncing; however it also says "Waiting for draft to begin". If it makes any difference the draft analyzer chrome extension symbol in the upper right corner of my browser is lit up and colorful in my draft room but its grayed out in the tab with the draft analyzer. Also, if it makes a difference, when I go to the new black draft analyzer it tells me on the top of the page that the chrome extension is not installed and to click a link to install it. I already had it installed but I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still didn't work. Please help, my draft is soon. Thanks
