Hello,

I have tried contacting you before with this question and have not gotten an answer yet. I am in a CBS Sports league and also am a Fantasy Guru member. I understand that I need the Ultimate package to link them together properly. I bought the $44.99 Ultimate package but them found out I could have just payed the difference between the Fantasy Guru site and the Ultimate package. Right now I would like to cancel my subscription and return the $44.99 or a refund of the difference of $29.99. Which ever works easier for you guys. If you cancel then please tell me how to buy the $15 upgrade to Ultimate.

Sorry about the confusion. Yes you could have just purchased the $15 upgrade to the Ultimate Package on our website and gotten integration with your CBS league:

I would like a refund... ive tried using this program and while many of the features are useful, the fact that I have to manually enter almost everthing...its not worth the money I spent. I just spent 1 hour entering each rounds draft pick via "Enter Draft Trades" I then Saved, and when I re opened, it was back to 1-12 mode. Please refund my credit card asap. I like the idea but I use Yahoo, we have 19 rounds not 16, and we use defensive players (not listed), and we have a different draft order than 1-12 or snake and we don't do bidding. All these factors are the reason for my need for a refund. Thanks.

Do we get access to Fantasyguru.com with the standard package? I think we get draftanalyzer if we have a fantasyguru membership for free? If we don't get the FG access the way I bought it, can I get a refund so I can get the draftanalyzer through their site? My draft is Wednesday 5pm est so this would have to happen quickly.

So it sounds like I am not the only customer that doesn't get replies to his questions nor get his problems solved. I am not going to demand a refund considering I already used your software to make recommendations on my drafts. I still have not gotten my latest issue resolved and I suppose I will have to do the same thing I did with all my other problems, fix it myself manually.

As I said in my post reference my latest issue I will use your software to see how it works on making recommendations for my four teams I used the software for and compare it to the four leagues I made all decisions myself for. I would certainly hope I win at least 3 of the leagues your software gave me recommendations in drafting for, but that remains to be seen.

While this software may work out, the customer service is atrocious and that will be the downfall of draft analyzer. No follow up on issues and general lack of concern for customers... prove me wrong Ted, prove me wrong.

GG - Your comment couldn't be further from the truth. I know you are frustrated, so I understand and I don't take it personally. However, none of our competitors offer the support we do.
