Still not fixed - In Season Analyzer for NFL.com - several issues

I have 4 nfl.com teams. My Team in the IH8Tsteelers League will not sync the League, as usual. The 3 other leagues import, but the kicker is always missing and some of the time, the ROS value is 0 for every player.
Jay started helping me with this problem directly through email and then the help stopped.
Is this really the best way to do business and does your software actually work?
I don’t understand why individuals need help to fix problems, when most companies would provide software updates that fix buggy issues.
Doesn’t this make more sense to have successful software?
I say all that, to say for the price paid $$$ for this software is about the same as purchasing Turbo Tax software, which means that the 2 people working here are making a fortune.
Please correct your system and my leagues in your web browser app?

I second that.  Please fix the problem. The Draft analyzer drafted my team as a PPR (not a 1/2 PPR as it's set up in NFL.com) AND now In-Season analyzer isn't working.

Jay Lewis - What site are you syncing with and what is your Draft Analyzer League ID?  Are just a few players not syncing?  We will get you going.

Hi Tim,

I replied to your email on the 3rd,  maybe it went to your spam mail and I just replied again.  I apologize for the confusion on this and am more than happy to help.  Looking at your account again,  under the Settings Options and then you go to your Sync info, all 4 of your leagues on NFL.com have the same Username yet different passwords for all 4.   You will need to go in and correct your username and password for all 4 of your leagues and make sure it matches the login info from NFL.com exactly or your league will not sync.   Once you have this corrected, please try to sync again and let me know if the problem continues for you.  Again I apologize for any inconvenience.
