Top recommended player isn't highest ranked at position

Is there a reason why Draft Analyzer doesn't always recommend the highest ranked player at a given position?

I had the following happen to me in my draft the other night:

Round 3, pick #10: Draft Analyzer shows my top recommended player as Stefon Diggs, ranked #14 at the WR position along with 4 other RBs as other recommendations (screenshot attached). However, when I looked at the WR rankings, Tyler Lockett is ranked #12 at the WR position (screenshot attached), but he never appeared as a recommendation.

Round 14, pick #159: Draft Analyzer shows its top recommendation to be the Saints D/ST, ranked #5 at the D/ST position, but when I looked at the D/ST rankings, the Browns D/ST was ranked #3 at the D/ST position and was still available.

Why wouldn't Draft Analyzer recommend the highest ranked player at a given position? Are there other factors at play that determine which players it recommends?
