Can not log in account

I just booked my flight in easyjet and I have received the confirmation.however, I can not log in my account any more. That makes me can not add my document, which will make me can not board the plane.I am pretty sure my username and password are correct. How can I solve this problem?

  • Sorry to hear you are unable to log into your account, we are currently experiencing issues with customers who have a zero as the first character in their password. Would this make sense for you?

    If you only have carry one baggage, you can do on-line check in and it will ask you for your advanced passenger information. If you have checked in bags, you can add it at check in as a last resort.

    ok, now i understand that the problem is with the first character of my password. But what am I supposed to do now? I can`t access my account to change the password or add information about the passengers. So the process is not complete and I won't be allowed to board. I need an imediate solution, please.

    I have had the same problem as my password starts with a zero
    I contacted them by phone who them told me to log into my account to send them an email message, which obviously I could not do. I asked them to reset my password over the phone, which they were not authorised to do. I eventually found an external email address, to which I sent a request to reset the password. I am now in daily contact which their IT support who insist that they have reset my password however I am still unable to log in. Their only answer now is that I need to delete the cookies on my computer. I have deleted the cookies on no fewer than THREE diferent computers and I still cannot access my own account to input my travel document details. It is fortunate that I am not travelling until next month because at this rate it will take that long to resolve this problem.

    This sounds similar to my experience and although I am now able to log into my original account they have apparently set me up a new one with a new password which i have not tried as i can forsee that this might cause further problems. I was also advised to delete all cookies and temp files. For the moment I am doing nothing whilst I can access my original account. I believe they have some serious bugs on the new website causing these problems. At least they have confirmed that the flight i booked for Sunday is confirmed and sent me a duplicate email. I wont be using them again until next year so hopefully the system will be sorted by then.

    I had the same problem trying to check in online.

    You can check in from the main easyjet page with just your surname and booking reference, which is helpful.

    I also wanted to make sure I'd entered my passport details correctly - easyJet's "Live Help" person was able to do that for me.

    This question has been marked as "answered" by easyJet so it is probably better to raise a new question if people are still having this problem.

    when you still face the problem not to be able to log in to your account, and you have to add your API, please contact easyJet customer service by phone. Choose the number starting with 0871. The team will add your details in the booking.

    I am sorry you didn't receive the confirmation mail yet and you're not able to log into account. I passed this issue on so at least you should receive a confirmation soon.

    Reagrding the document details which have to be added to the booking customer service should do this when you contact the support team. Please contact easyJet customer service either by phone or by using our web form.

    Please add your booking reference number when contacting customer service team. To verify that you are entitled to claim please also give in your message the passenger's name(s), the date of travel and the directions.

    • Nice reply. James could you also pass the issue along regarding my account as I have a similar problem and have not been able to log on for about seven days. The last three days I can not even get the password reset function to respond by sending me a new password. Automated 72 hr problem resolve systems are able to send me emails saying they assume problem is solved even though I updated my problem notice on the compaint system providing a five item response to questions by the IT person. Very Very Sad.

    I would like to do so. But forwarding requests I receive here is only possible when I have some info to identify the specific account. I don't know if you are willing to publish your data on this platform, so I'd like to advise to contact easyJet customer service either by phone or by using our web form.

    The support team will be able to help you.

    The mails sent after 72 hours stating the problem as "solved" should be considered as kind of reminder to the customer. These mails are sent when easyJet doesn't receive an answer within this time.

    Cant use the WEB FORM as you have to log in to use it.Tried contact by their e mail
    but there is no send tab so that don`t work either.I doubt whether this will get any response as nothing else has it seems contact with easy jet has been made impossible.

    • Friends, somehow I got to live chat and they responded to the login problem...although they have not yet fixed it. The could/would not addresss reservation issues on live chat. So, I gave up and called 0044870 6000 000 to get rebooked on another flight to address the one easyJet had cancelled. After eight minutes on hold and three talking with a very nice easyJet employee (Kate) on international long distance ($5 US), things were worked out. While she promised to email me regarding the change, it has been 24 hours and I have seen nothing. I am grateful for a little progress.

So I went to www.saynoto0870 and keyed in 09058210905 which produ\ed 01582 700036 but there was no reply. James suggested trying again to log in, retrieve password or create a new account but none of this works; I am told that my login is invalid whatever I try to do. And yet easyjet has just sent me a flight confirmation message to the email address with which I am trying to log in. It's ridiculous. I urgently need to talk to someone at easyJet about this flight but am unable to do so. ARE YOU THERE JAMES? Please give me a numbe that WORKS.

    I feel easyjet has`a wonderful way confusing everyone that has a compaint by taking you through a mine field of ways that are supposed to answer you question. But the more you try the more frustrated you get, and you never get an answer.

    I have made copies of all the mesages sent and received and it looks like the only way to deal with this company is to expose there game to the meadia and take them to court.

    I realse that I am never going to get pastt here please resend your message as it was not understood, even though I have replies from them with my questions attached saying ( we have a very high volume of e-mails and wil get back to you as soon as possible. This seems to go on for ever.

    These people are only waiting for you get so frustrated you will give up.

  • I too have a complete record of my attempts to contact easyJet and shall take it up with them formally as soon as I am back home. Unlik tfullerhome I've been unable to contact them on the number the give for calling from the States, 011 44 870 6000 000. They say the number has been stopped and one has to use an 0905 number, which does not work from the US. If I receive no joy from them, I shall contact the media.   • If you are using a Mac (or a PC) , outdated operating software and/or outdated Java script software can interfere with your use of Easyjet passwords and website. I had avoided updates over the last year because OS X 10.5.4 crashed by address book. Googling yesterday, I discovered that a simple setting for Smart Groups in my address book was causing that problem. I got rid of the Smart Group, reloaded OSX 10.5.4 and downloaded updates to 10.5.8 along with all other updates including those for Java. All that done, I was able to use the temporary password provided by EasyJet and update my EZY password. My Mac Address book still works, I now have full access to my EZY account, and life is beautiful.....until the next labor problem in Paris at least!

    i am in this perilous situation, my password does begin with an 0, so that means it wont work?!? is there any way i can solve this problem. if so it would be greatly appreciated. i have now been on the for a long time which has no suggestion of ending soon. does anyone have a solution as i am working in a very small time constraint, my flight is due to depart tomorrow but i cannot get through. they are not answering the phone, emails or even live chat!! gooooooooooooooooooooooodddd customer relations!!

  • I’m unsurprised that, like a number of other easyjet things, this works illogically.
    A tip for people trying to log into the customer relations site.

    i only found out by accident, on my account if I put my login id, but with NO password, it logs me in fine.

    If I put my login PLUS the password, I get told it's wrong. And if I try to register, then it says the login id is already taken.
    • THANK YOU! I too managed to log in once I stopped filling in the password field. It's mad. But the easyJet site is awful. I received an e-mail from them (in reply to a snailmail) asking me to log in in order to provide my birth date (in order to receive a credit); the link provided sent me to a page where there is nowhere to provide this info. And at the top of the page was the instruction "When you have finished click Continue". There was no Continue button...

    My password started with zero and that zero was apparently automatically removed by easyjet (when I requested the password to be sent again the zero was not there!)....anyway my account is still not accessible.
    Every time there is a new kind of problem....I hope the planes work better than the website and the customer service.
