Can't print/download boarding pass

Flying to Berlin, we are 2 persons. I cannot download the the first pair of boarding passes, I'm getting an error code - [ej2 exception]. Downloading the PDF for the return flight worked.

I have the same problem and entered Booking Reference EZY2371
But having printed one successful boarding pass the next 7 attempts have produced full colour easy jet pages but with BLANK top section where the flight times are located

Yes, I have the same problem. For my flight from Zagreb to London 22nd Feb. I managed to print out my boarding pass to Zagreb but can't do the same from Zagreb. Booking ref. EHBX143.

Hi easyJet employee,

I have about the same problem as other people here, I cant print the boarding passes cause of ej2 exception.
9 of us are going from Zagreb to Paris on 4th of March and we plan to get back to Zagreb on the 7th.

We bought the tickets today.
Our booking reference number is: EHJV22R

Hi Tijana and Luka,

I've checked your bookings and I can see that passengers on both reservations are checked-in for flights to Zagreb only. Please try to check-in for Zagreb-Paris / Zagreb-London flights on our website. If this will not be possible, please just go to the check-in desk at the airport, at least two hours before the flight and our agents will print the necesasary documents for you free of charge.

Hi,
I have an urgent matter.
I booked my flight from London to Zagreb on 15th-22nd Feb. I managed to download my boarding pass to Zagreb but can't seem to do the same for my return journey. Everytime I click on Download this message appears:
"Sorry, but something has gone wrong. [ej2 exception]".

I sent 2 emails and phoned you twice but no one answered. I am frustrated and annoyed by this. If you have an online check in system make sure it works properly!

I have this as well! I just this evening printed out the boarding passes to go to Zagreb, but cannot print them out to come back? Is this an issue with printing out passes to return from Zagreb? We have also booked to fly out there in the summer as well and will we face the same problem. I don't want to be told at the check in that we then have to pay as that would be unfair.

Zagreb don't currently do online check in - you have to check in the old fashioned way, but it doesn't cost extra. EJ need to sort out their IT so you don't have to ring them to find this out!

Waiting more than five minutes at customer service phone with no answer.
I hope you will not charge me for checking in at the airport!

Hi there,

We never charge for check-in at the airport, so you can just go to the chek-in desk and our representative will give you the document completely free of charge.

I have already checked in online and only printed my outbound boarding pass which i have flown with successfully, so clearly, my booking was successful. Now, 2 days before flying home, i am trying to print my return boarding pass and it is impossible. I log in and when I try to go to my bookings I am faced with this ridiculous ej2 exception error.

Obviously phone lines and live chat are completely inaccessible, as expected, and my emails haven't been answered. If I have already checked in online, and don't manage to print my documents, will i still be able to go to the check-in desk to have these printed for me free of charge?

If anyone has had this issue, please let me know. Thank youu

I had this problem months ago and it was because you cannot do online check in from Zagreb Airport. Instead of telling you this, this website spits out daft messages and sends people into a panic that they might not be able to fly or have to pay the sorts of fees charged by other airlines.

EZY need to sort out their website!

We update our website and strive to include the information of lack of online check in for certain flights when the facility is not enabled. Zagreb is indeed one of these airports. The information appears in small print when our passengers try to download boarding passes for their flights. I'm sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your feedback.

15th august 2012. I'm trying to print my boarding pass to/from Nice in 3 weeks time and it will not allow me to print - it keeps coming up with a drop down box 'do you want to save' and if you try to cancel or click off (x) then nothing happens refuses to cancel the option and if you try to save then it only saves to IE symbol not the boarding pass. Can I get the boarding pass at the check-in - is there a charge?

Hi Gerry,

Have you tried to print your passes from our homepage? There's a 'Check-in online' box that you can use without logging into your account, maybe it's worth giving it a try?

In case you won't be able to print these documents at home, you can of course also do that at the airport - there's no extra charge for checking-in before the flight.

I have tried various ways and each time it is impossible to
download - keeps up coming up with the drop down box
'do you want to save' and if you say yes it only saves the IE, or Opera, logo
and if you click cancel or the 'x' window to clear it then nothing happens -it refuses
to close. That sounds more like an software problem at your end as it
happens with both IE and Opera. I also have 2 pdf viewers, and it doesn't work
with either... not that it ever showed a visual image of the boarding pass.

I see that its been a problem on other flights as well so we all cannot be doing something wrong

So if I present my confirmation at the check-in desk that will be ok? and no extra cost.

but that is shame as it would be better to check -in with my boarding pass before
hand, as I only have hand-luggage.

Sorry to hear that - I can also advise to upload the latest version of IE/Opera. If that won't help, I will try one more thing, but I will need your booking number for that :)

In case I won't be able to help you, if you take your booking number and ID to the airport, the check-in before the flight is completely free of charge.

Joanna, in both IE and Opera the latest versions are automatically updated (this I would suggest is the norm for most computer owners which ever OS they use).

I am reluctant to give in open forum my reference so will get the boarding pass at gatwick.

However for your information I have tried again this morning (16th) - and different again. Instead of the drop down box which would do nothing, now I just get nothing - a blank page when i click on print., and nothing happens when I click on save.

I understand. Though unless you confirm your last name here, there is no chance that someone will enter your boarding passes on our website. As I said, it is pretty strange that you cannot download and print your boarding passes via our homepage, using this section:



I'm using IE 8 (version 8.0.6001.18702), and I'm always able to view passenger's passes online, (if they provide me with their details) so it is really hard for me to say why you cannot successfully download them.

I thought about contacting you using the @ address you left in the booking, withiut confirming your last name on this forum, but I of course appreciate that you are not willing to disclose it.

Hello im so worried.
Tonight I have booked a return flight from Bodrum turkey to liverpool on the 21st of sept and then coming back to bodrum on the 28th of sept.
I went to print out both boarding passes but only my flight to return to bodrum as printed. the other completely disappear when printing.
And nothing as printed about my luggage, I am so so worried! And someone said that they dont have easy jet staff on at the check in at Bodrum?
Could you please help me asap.. Thankyou :) Will I defiantly be able to fly?

Oh and it does say under the times of my flight (Sorry, Online check in is not available when flying from this airport. Please go to a easy jet check-in desk on arrival at the airport)

Hi Lucy,

There's nothing to worry about :) We have an option of online check-in only from Liverpool on this route, so when flying back from Bodrum, you will have to check-in at the desk. This will be of course free of charge, without any extra fees.

If you confirm your booking number, I'll be able to confirm for 100% if that's the case. Oh, and just one more thing - if you booked hold baggage, this won't be visible on the boarding pass.

try getting your boarding pass via Firefox/mozilla internet browser - easyjet and IE8 (Internet Explorer) seem to have continuing problems - you can have more than one browser on your computer without it screwing your computer up.

Having just come back from Nice was able to get my boarding pass at check-in at Gatwick and Nice but was asked why i did not - i explained - and no problem. However on the flight a fellow traveller told me he had problems with IE printing boarding passes but he was told that if you view via Firefox/Mozilla then there is no problems - he said he downloaded it and found he was able to print off his boarding pass. I had also tried Opera and failed so suggest to anyone that perhaps its worth trying with Firefox if you are having problems with IE printing boarding passes

We have the same problem. Can see our boarding passes on the site BUT can't download OR print them off! This is very frustrating as we are a Hotel and have many guests flying Easyjet! Running Mac with IOS. We can download the PDF doc BUT our Acrobat readers can not open the docs to print them. Printing from the site also does not work - black page. Please help.

Hi Tocanepauli,

Sorry to hear about the issue with boarding passes for your customers. Usually updating browser to the latest edition works, but I am aware that some editions of Firefox had problems with generating PDF files. The only solutions I can think of at this moment are the ones mentioned by Gerry above: try to install 2 or more browsers on your computer, and check which browser works the best in terms of compatibility with PDF files.

Hi Easyjet, I need help, and seriously quickly. Our flight to Paris (from Edinburgh leaves today at 13.45 and I have no way of printing out the boarding pass. (We are from a small village up north and it will take us around 6 hours of travelling to get to Edinburgh. We start our journey at 5am, less than 4 hours away.

What is the fee for obtaining a boarding-pass at the airport? We're very worried.

Please, someone can help me?

I have booked my flight with Easyjet through the ''Edreams'' site.
An email confirmed to me the flight has been booked, but when i check on the Easyjet website an error says ''invalid booking reference''
The reference i use is EKJWZN2 (given to me by Edreams)
