help pleeeeease!

EJ2rb02mx keep getting this code when trying to checkin online, travel agent booked flights so realise this is the reason, but what do i do now? can i just checkin at the airport? id sooner have my boarding pass printed now though, just for peace of mind. have read similiar queries involvins this error code but answers unfortunately have not helped

You can check-in at the airport, no problem. If you are checking in luggage you'll have to queue anyway.

thanks for reply, how long before my flight do i have to be at the airport? sorry if i sound thick lol but first time doing any of this, never flown before!

do i need to give passport numbers to anyone before the day i checkin? because nobody has asked me for these? only names of me and other passenger

If I'm checking in at the airport I try to aim to be there about 2 hours before departure.

I assume you'll have to provide API in advance though I don't know how that works when you've booked through an agent.

Hi there,

If you booked with travel agent and it is 30 or less days before the flight, you will have to use 'Check-in' section located on our homepage to add passport details (APIs) and print your boarding passes. If APIs are not required on a given route, you will have only the option to download or print boarding passes. The important thing here is that it has to be 30 or less days before the flight, if it's more than 30, the system won't recognize the booking yet.
