Well done easyJet !

Good day.

Well you may remember me form some very strong complaints 1 or 2 years ago at which time only a strong letter to your CEO actually made a difference.

Well ... this time it's only praise!

After my several very poor experiences, I flew easyJet again on April 8th from GVA to BDS (Brindisi) and back today and everything was perfect.

Perfect also because I had added SB which did allow quick checking in of luggage in GVA and allowed me to be first on board.

SB in Brindisi was a bit of a joke but since I speak some Italian I managed to work my way to the front of the line even if we were bussed to the aircraft (as everyone else!) due to strong winds and rain.

During the return flight there was a medical emergency which was extremely well handled by the MC so kudos to the team!

Hopefully this is only the beginning of a series of nice flights to come.

Hi, I flew with you a few weeks ago, and it was the worst flight of my life. You were late VERY LATE it was a disastor, the employees were rude and ignorant, and i still think you are the worst airline company i have ever flown

Delays can happen with any airline.
