Can you help me? It shows 'this booking reference is not valid' in my easyjet.com?

Hi,

Every time i log into 'my easyjet' it says 'this booking reference is not valid Click here' and why i follow the link it just takes me back the the front page which shows my bookings and reference number but again when I click on thee 'view icon' on my booking the same message comes up. Why is this? Why is my booking reference not valid? I am due to fly on wednesday so need this sorting ASAP!

Hi Joshua,

are you trying to check-in online? Does the same happen to you when you use the online check-in option on www.easyJet.com without logging into your account? There you only need to enter the booking reference and a passenger's last name.

Which type of browser are you using, do you have the same issue with the Internet Explorer? If you give me your booking reference, then I can pass this on to our IT department.

I have the same problem!!!
When I try to login in MyEasyjet,this is the site response:"This is not a valid booking reference. Click here."...I click on "Click here",after this I can enter in MyEasyjet.But I have the same site response when I try to click on "View" button to view the holiday I booked.The problem is that I didn't receive the flights confirmation email...I called the very expensive customer service number 2 times(they said that I don't have to be worried because the flights are confirmed),and in both cases they sent me the email...but after 48 hours I don't have the emails in my inbox yet!!!Now I would like to view my booked holiday in MyEasyjet,to send me the flights confirmation email by myself...BUT THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE DUE TO THE SITE RESPONSE,that is always the same : "This is not a valid booking reference. Click here."...(NOTE:I have the same problem with both browsers I use:Explorer and Firefox)

So I contacted again the costumer service(paying again a lot of money!!!).They said me they already know that the site has this problem...and that their IT group is working to fix this issue.

I planned my holidays for June 2010,and I really hope there will be no problems...

Hi Francesco, I've completed my holiday now and can honestly say easyJet have been fantastic, they way they handled us after being stranded in Malta was exceptional!

Anyway back on subject, it turned out that 'this is not a valid booking reference' didn't matter really, as they have confirmation on their own internal server, so i wouldn't panic if you have paid for your flights etc as it will be confirmed with them.

However I do think you'll need to a hard copy of your flight confirmation to take to the airport so you may have to bite the bullet and have the confirmation email sent to you again, maybe try using a different email address, if for some reason you aren't receiving the email?!

Hi - I've got the same problem. I am trying to change my booking but keep seeing this error message, as per the OP. Please help / fix this.

Thanks for the reply. I have now changed the flight time by telephone, so no longer need to change it online.

However, if you or anyone needs the booking reference for debugging purposes, it is EGQDG1R

hi i have a big big problem, i can't add a baggage becouse when i try to enter my flight it says
This is not a valid booking reference
i bought the fly trought lastminute.com (fly+hotel)

i did the ceck in online on the main page of the website but i can't add a baggage!! i will fly in 12 hours, please help me!!

Ascolta,non so proprio come aiutarti,anche perchè il famoso messaggio "This is not a valid booking reference" a me si è presentato fino al giorno prima di partire.L'unico consiglio che posso darti è quello di chiamare il costosissimo numero dell'assistenza clienti.penso che esagerando la chiamata ti costerà una decina di euro.

I have the same problem with "This is not a valid booking reference". So I assumed the booking didn't work and tried to book the same flight again. Unfortunately with the same result. Now if I log in to my account there are both flights listed but when i click on "view" the message "This is not a valid booking reference" comes again for both bookings on the list. Now I'm afraid to have booked the same holidays twice but I'm also confused because I can neither get further information for my bookings nor have I received a confirmation mail.
Please help me!

I am having a similar problem and finding it very frustrating.

I recieved the email asking us to check in online and tried to do so last week without luck and put it down to large volumes of traffic on the site or something. Trying again today it is giving me the same issues.

When i log in as the second passengar (as I am) it has issues with the booking reference. If i then log in as the name of the person who booked (my partner) it logs me in and i get to a screen with his details but no visible sign of being able to check in and i then click on my bookings and it says there are no details!

AH please help!!
