How can I check if my ID information (API) has already been added to my booking?

I wrote down, and confirmed my ID details, and I have still recived this e-mail asking me to add this information to my booking. Also, when I check my booking it seems that my ID information is not included. What to do?

Hi Tami,

Let me advise that the email sent to you was only a reminder just in case you had not added the ID details yet. Also, the massage above your booking confirmation online will not disappear even if it's already provided.

You may check these details by selecting "view" your booking and then "Add/Amend Document Details".
