How do I change my mail address on "My easyJet.com"?

When I bought some tickets I gave the wrong email address. How can I change it to the right one? I need to add my passport details.

Hi Matthew,

please try to log in on My easyJet.com with the wrong mail address and password. Choose the button "Change my registered details and then "Change email". Now you can enter your correct mail address.

I ́ve tried it, but there is a problem. My son started the booking and I finished it. I know the email address and what he claims was the password, but it doesn ́t work. I printed the flight confirmation and need to add my passport details.

Hi Matthew,

when you can't log in you can either call customer service by phone or you use the web form. The staff can add the additional passport information in the booking then.
