wrong name on my boarding pass
hi.
My friend booked a ticket for me online,but i find there is a spelling mistake on my boarding pass.my name is heng ZHANG,but it is heng ZHENG on my boardingpass.
What can i do? Please help me!

Do not be sad, there is a simple remedy to this problem! You just need to contact our Customer Services with your booking's number and they will be able to change this typo free of charge. Their contact details are available here.

I'm also have the same situation regarding the typo error. I've contacted to your customer service and stay'in the phone for few minutes but no one gave response to me.
Could you have another way to help me?! I'm really frustating~ million thanks for your help!

I think with most major companies you should expect to wait on the phone for more than a few minutes before getting through.

Andrew,

The best way to get to one of our agents quickly via phone is to say 'Help' when you hear the recorded message. That should allow you to be connected with teh first available agent.

I have the similar problem, the person who booked my ticket for me mistakenly put Mr, instead of Miss. And I'm going to Barcelona this August.

Titles don't matter but if you want it changed you*ll need to phone easyJet.
