eBay app doesn't let me respond to questions.. Please sort, very frustrating!!

I can read messages from other members via my inbox, but it doesn't let me reply, the 'respond' button doesn't work!!

Hello Paul,

In the iPhone app, is the message fully loaded when you try to reply? I noticed the reply option is greyed out until the message if fully loaded/downloaded.

If it is fully loaded and you are unable to reply please provide the following details -

- eBay User ID
- eBay app version
- iOS version on your device
- Type of device
- Are you the buyer or seller when trying to communicate?

Screwy new return thingy doesn't work. When I called in a month ago they said they knew and that was a month after my customer had iniated the return. I didn't see it until the customer opened a case and then I couldn't respond to the case. This was in October/Novmber. eBay knew about the problem then, it had been going on for at least a month when I talked to them, and as far as I can tell it still doesn't work. I was told by the woman I spoke to that I should log into my seller dash board every day to see if anyone had started a return because I wasn't going to get an email about it. Explain that Ginger.
