Thank you. It might also be helpful, if you posted this on the systems page on the browser site. When mobile didn't work on iPad or iPhone, or over 3G, I checked the eBay site under customer support and there was no mention.

The intermittent issues are mostly resolved. You should now be able to login to the apps and perform searches and other activities.

I am still unable to sign-in to my account using my IPad; connection timeout error is received (and yet I can send this message using that same internet connection)

Alan, it's working on my iPad. Try stopping the app and relaunching it. Double click the button, and when the task bar comes up, press and hold the eBay icon until it shows the x in the upper right corner of the icon. Press the x to close the app. Then press the IPad button twice more to exit the task bar mode. Then select the eBay app again to launch a fresh start.
