I’m confused

Math Grade 5 are just in english, but they said french and english in the itune stores sidebar.

I just bought the math grade 5 at 4.99$. In the sidebar in Itunes store, its said that the apps have the english and french language. I live in Québec, so I need the french version. I bought it and, sadly, the question are all in english and I don't know how to change that. I want a refund. Finally, I just bought the math cm2 version even if it is for France. Be more explicit in your description and refund me pls before I leave a bad comment.

    Hi François,
We understand your feeling. Although we canno't technically refund you, we can send you an iTunes gift code that will works for any apps, not only ours. Just send an email at contact [at] edpupad.com so that we can send it to you by email.
I'm sorry you were misleaded by the iTunes presentation of our apps: Apple "pushes" on the side different other apps from the same editor. We have no control other that. Among those apps are "pushed" French apps (covering French curriculum).
As stated in the first line of app description, our Grade 5 apps are based on the US curriculum. Nowhere in the description do we imply that our apps are bilingual.
At the time being, our apps do only cover French and US curricula. Our content is crowdsourced, and we don't work yet with Quebequois's teachers. That's why we thought it was a good idea to open the existing apps to quebec, even if they don't fit perfectly, because there is such a poor offer today.
    Sincerely,
    Jérôme

Indeed, curiously, apps appear to be bilingual on the App Store, which they are not. We are going to investigate why Apple displays that misleading information and manage to correct it.

Thanks François for signaling that point!

We have found the source of the problem. It will be corrected on the next app release.
