After upgrading to MailStore Home 10.2.3.12921, I am receiving the error below when attempting to archive Microsoft Outlook 2016.

I've tried everything I can think - reinstalled MailStore Home, removed and added the Microsoft Outlook profile in MailStore.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Ryan,
how are you archiving? Is IMAP somehow involved? Can you run a debug log file and have it ready for investigation? One of the here engineers will get in touch with you, and we may want to generate a support ticket for out.

Yes, all of my outlook accounts are IMAP.

In that case, please archive directly from your IMAP server. Archiving through Outlook will only work reliably when using POP3.
