Hi! For years I saved my emails of the Gmail account in Mail Store, but now the following message appears (translation from Italian):   An error occurred. Check of SSL/TLS certificate failed. To ignore the check of the certificate, activate “Ignore SSL warning”. Details: Unable to perform revocation check of the server certificate.   I can’t find “Ignore SSL warning”, so I can’t save my emails. What can I do? Thank you, Valeria

Disable your antivirus for just the time it takes to start the backup procedure.

@ Valeria Poggio,

Instead of disabling your anti-virus, set an exclusion for the archive, so it isn't scanned,
Default location is Documents\ MailStore Home.

This should be done anyway, since MSH needs exclusive access and can't be interfered with
by an AV program or other malware scanner.

If that doesn't work - you have another problem.

Rein and DiggerP, thank you very much! At the moment, the successful option is the first one, but I'm trying to use the second one too!
Have a nice evening!

Hi Valeria,

Thanks for the feedback.
If the 2nd method is working too . keep it that way, because it's a given
for MSH .to do this regardless.

You have yourself a nice evening too !

Hi Valeria,

check with the support of your AV product to disable "SSL scan". Your AV might interfere between gmail an MailStore. You don't have to disable the whole AV application then, only disable a single feature.
