Hello Joseph,

the community does not support attaching images and files.
Can you quote the error text?

While the forum doesn't literally support attachments.
it does allow inserting images

Hi Joseph,

Just take a screenshot of it  and insert as in my comment to Rebecca (above)
Adjust the dimensions and file size to the page.

can you provide some information about your screenshot.
The window looks like [Check Data Integrity] in the Administrative Tools.
Have you experienced a system failure resulting in an unclean shutdown of the program?
Please help us understand the situation that led you to this point.

Sorry for the late reply.I have no problem at all.My new notebook was only  a month old when I wanted to retrieve my archives emails after transferring from my old harddisk of the previous notebook.OS for the old notebook was Windows 7 wheras the OS for the new notebook uses Windows 10 Pro.
