New Windows Phone update available on Marketplace – version 6.1

New Windows Phone update is available on Marketplace – version 6.1

http://www.windowsphone.com/da-DK/app...

What is new:
- Facebook login
- ‘Delete’ a workout option in the History list – access Summary by clicking on a particular workout in the workout history and click on a Menu button – ‘Delete’ option will pop up
- ‘Enter workout’ – will now remember what you typed in last time (sport, duration, distance) instead of using default values (‘Enter workout’ feature is in a workout history and enables you to enter workout manually)
- Page transitions are improved
- BugSense error system included, so we can now better track and analyze crash errors out there
- Small bug fixes

  • I’m really disappointed
... and what about the horror GPS problem and the background music / voice crashes ?

    • Uninstall Endomondo

    • Turn off your phone

    • Pull out the battery.

    • Press the power button for at least 10 seconds, removing all energy left in the device

    • Put the battery back

    • Turn on your phone

    • Install Endomondo

    • ... and now you should get and hold the gps fix

    • Update 3:
And were back to square one.
I decided to give Endomondo another chance during my recent running workout. Guess what, it could not find a gps location. Althoug other running aps have no problem at all!

As you can see, I've tried a lot to get the app running. But since version 6 it never even worked once during a whole workout.

Could you please fix the location error (I'm not the only one with the issue)? I'm still motivated to help find the problem, despite the lack of response.
  • I could not believe that those "tricks" should replace a clean written App
  • Allso, you can not remove the battery from the Nokia Lumia.

    ...and what about:
    - adding other disciplines as "inline skating"
    - viewing workout of friends (not only listing)

  • Any idea on when live tile support will be added. It would be nice to see things like total miles run for a week via live tiles

  • I use two phones: WP7 and Android. They only show their respective workouts in history. WP7 does show all workouts in News feed. But nothing happens when I tap any news feed. Cannot see details and map the way I see in history. Should be able to pull in details of all the workouts.

    Secondly, live tiles please.

Thirdly, how about taking a photo from within the app. Not everyone is biking or running. Hiking and scenery go together.

    Hi all,
thanks for your feedback - it is very important for us when making future updates.
There are live tiles on WP:
You will see them when you press 'Pin' button on Newsfeed and History.

    Cheers, Eva
