Alrighty, basically three types of tables here.
First is my control tables. These measure on a base by base basis against the highest synthesized scorers. Mostly used as a basic indicator of other good designs. eg Control 1 is versus Dings design which scored 95% in Round 1.
Second is the RNAfold tables. Running data through RNAfold to provide more indictors to see if there is a trend and to evaluate the usefulness of that dataset.
Third is a puzzle breakdown by feature and base. Again just another way to see if there is a trend to look for or avoid.

So I'll split this also by Synthesized Designs and Unsynthesized Designs.

SYNTHESIZED DESIGNS

UNSYNTHESIZED DESIGNS

If you'd like the spreadsheet data, you can find it at http://www.editgrid.com/user/berex_nz...

Please note in the UNSYNTHESIZED DESIGNS, the designs with no synthesis scores are ones currently available for voting. So to maximise your points gain, make sure to submit all three designs and use up all your votes!

Enjoy! :D

Hi Berex,

The link to the spreadsheet doesn't seem to work. It appears that when uploading the article, it truncated the link to what you can see on the screen, so no spreadsheet :(

Can you possibly post another?

Thanks
Chaen

chae - when you get the link in your browser, delete the ellipsis (the last 3 periods) - (they are not part of the URL) ...then it will work

... or use this link:
