I am not sure if this will get to the gentleman concerned but I spoke with the controller team twice, earlier today and I would just like to say thank you for the help with the Nanodac, I was having problems connecting with our laptop, and he was correct, the problem was with our laptop... Problem all sorted now, thank you.
