I’m extremly upset with the way they handle their users!

Poor service to their general public!

I can not log into Eventful. I can not sign up for an API account, says there is a problem with my username but doesn't tell me what it is. I have called Eventful and no one answers the phone, just voice mail box prompts. Nice service but crappy customer service. For a company that has a sales department they should be more active. i am still waiting for a support email from 2 days ago. I have submited it twice, once from their form and another from e-mail. Eventful is not listed on the BBB but they should be.

    I checked in our database. It looks like you're already registered with Eventful.com. You can use your same username / password to gain access to our API at the following link: http://api.eventful.com/

    This is amazing. I got a reply within a half hour from this site i find but 2 days and no reply from e-mail at support@eventful.com or even a human being at the phone numbers that I called 3 times today and left 2 messages. Can you please explain to me what is going on over here that you can not use your own services to assist your visitors and clients?

    I can not log in using unclemantis at gmail dot com using the password that I provided n the begining and there is no where that I can reset the password that I could see.

    I am very aggrivated right now since I got a reply wtihin moment from some strange site but not directly from the company =(

    I may have just been lucky but now I have a last name to search the Eventful phone directly which I am willing to bet will not work either.

    I'm currently looking up who receives the support@eventful.com e-mails. I am not on that e-mail chain. But, I do receive alerts when someone writes about Eventful on GetSatisfaction. I'm very sorry that you did not receive a quicker response from us. In the future, you can feel welcome to contact me directly with any site questions.

    When you login to Eventful.com, you need to use your username, not your e-mail address. Your username on our site is 'unclemantis.' To make sure you'll be able to gain access to your account, I'll reset your password for you and e-mail you at the address you provided above with the new password and instructions on how to change it to whatever you want it to be.

    Wil thank you so much for helping. I had a great converation with you on the phone and I am sorry that this has been one big misunderstanding. Eventful looks great and I really can't wait to get under the hood and help a few of the venues I know localy to get listed.
