Consultant Planner Sorting of Names

Thank you for the consultant planner. It is amazing and I am helping many now with this aid being a great help. I do have a suggestion. I do not know the first name of everyone on my list. Can I arrange or search my help people list by last name or date? If not, this would be a great help.

  • There is not a sort or search feature built in to the consultant planner. But you can use your computer's built-in search to find names. If you use a Windows computer, on your keyboard, press and hold Ctrl and then press F. A search box will appear on your screen--sometimes at the top and sometimes at the bottom of the screen--depends on what browser you are in. Enter a name you want to find and the system will highlight it for you. On Macs, I believe it's the Command key and the letter F.

  • I agree with Debra. There needs to be some options of how to sort the list. How about date entered or date to expire?

I would like to have another field for each entry, to identify what to sort by, or to identify what group or ward or stake the particular group of patrons are coming in for a scheduled / prepared Find-Take-Teach experience.
