Correct fan chart printing

For the last several years I have been able to print a seven generation fan chart by simply clicking on print. I tried that recently and it only printed half the chart. I asked for help and found out that now I have to also click on a sizing selection. Can you please make it so that it worked as before. I dislike the two step approach. Please make it simple as it was before.

  • I am not sure what system you are using and how you are printing --- but when I use windows 10 with Google Chrome. I can print by going to the fan chart page and click on Options in the upper right hand and choose print --- a single page of the fan chart is printed.

If I attemped to use cntl-p on the display page I had issues with confining the printed chart to a single page.

We all share an active interest in using the resources of this site and as users, we have various levels of knowledge and experience and do our best to help each other with concerns, issues, and/or questions.

To more fully understand your concern, please let us know the operating system and browser (or application if you are on a tablet or phone) you are using.

That way, we can test to see what you are running into. I am using a Windows 7 laptop with Chrome and have Adobe Acrobat (not the reader, but the full package) installed. As such, When I select Print from the options, the system produces a PDF file of the seven generation chart. There is no need for me to select size as all of that is taken care of.

Not, the pdf is in landscape format. Let us know about your system so we (users) can see what is happening and why you have a two-step process.
