Lesson plan in consultant planner for non-members or patrons who have forgotten their username or password

I have been preparing lessons using consultant planner and found that I couldn't prepare a lesson for the person I was meeting this afternoon because she hadn't responded to her email yet. She needs to recover her account so she can't respond to the email. I can't prepare a lesson because or that. A consultant should be able to prepare a lesson for an individual who doesn't have their account information, isn't a member, or is very new to familysearch. They have special needs that need to be addressed.
I love the ability to create lessons and save research notes in the consultant planner. It shouldn't matter whether the individual is a member or can't remember their user name and helper number. Thank you for the wonderful things that you are implementing in FamilySearch. I love the consultant planner.
