making email recovery easier

Please add wording to your password recovery emails that makes it more plainly obvious that the highlighted username is to be clicked on to complete the recovry process.

I work as a FS missionary and often field support queries from patrons who received an email, but did not know they were to click on the blue username link. I think adding words or indicators to make it more clear would help these patrons and reduce their frustration levels. Sometimes they have tried to recover their password multiple times before they call the support line.
