(7:45p) A pop-up appeared on my pedigree view saying that NFS was requesting permission to store info on my computer. I told it no. What was this all about? For what reason might I have said yes?
Agent said ...
(7:45p) We don't know why that pops up, but no is the correct answer

(7:46p) Sounds like a hacker to me.

(7:46p) Is it working good now?
(7:47p) You might try deleting temp files and see if that helps.

(7:47p) I think so--haven't tried anything yet. I think there should be a warning published about this, or at least something in the Help Section.

(7:48p) I'll see what I can do. You can also send it as a suggestion.

The real question is what was it asking and where. Are you using the Family Tree view in nFS? Were you looking at the temple reservation list?

When you are using Flash there are instances when there is not enough free memory on the computer and it needs to store some data on your computer. This data is only Flash data and is cleaned up when you exit the browser. If it was this, you could get a small pop-up (that we do not control but comes up from the Flash technology).

    Thanks,
Ron Tanner - product manager nFS
