Place name search in Catalog at FamilySearch.org

I have an issue with the way place names are displayed in the Catalog at FamilySearch.org. I was looking for a town in Ireland. I knew from search results in Records that Ferm was part of the name and was able to determine that Ferm is an abbreviation for Fermanagh.

I noticed when I added a letter or part of the name to get the one I was looking for, a few more (not all) possibilites show but I think it would be better to be able to see the entire list. Someone new to the site would have a difficult time finding what they wanted.

Seeing the entire list would be helpful if one did not know the exact name and wanted to browse. This method of searching seemed awkward. I was looking at this for a patron and do not know Ireland myself so I was not sure what I was doing.
