Registration # vs. Certificate # for Hawaii, "Delayed birth registrations, ca. 1859-1903 ; Index, ca. 1859-ca. 1938"

Regarding the collection "Delayed birth registrations, ca. 1859-1903 ; Index, ca. 1859-ca. 1938," the film titles are listed as “Registration no,” yet the index refers to these numbers (in the title) as "Certificate no." They are the same number, but the index cards also list an application number which is usually the same amount of digits. It would be more helpful during searching the films if they were listed as “Certificate no.” in the film titles, so patrons know exactly which number is being used and whether they need to refer to the "Certificate no." or "Application no."
