Thanks for the great customer service

Just wanted to drop a note that I really appreciate all the help I have been given by your employees and volunteers over the last 3 months. I did not come from the old Family Search system, so FamilySearch.org and Family Tree are my first experience. Being younger, I realize that technology has blips as well. But, I've figured out workarounds and find that 99% of the time your customer service is outstanding. The 1% that isn't quite the best can be satisfied by me simply switching to a chat or phone call. I see so many advantages with this open system -- more than disadvantages. And am grateful that it's built for the Google generation who loves to search, understands tagging and technology, and wants to see all the information (ALL of it) -- that's me! Thanks!
