Try Switching Browsers to See if this Corrects Your Problem

As a Product Support Missionary, I take lots telephone calls and many are about the same issue. Yesterday I had a Patron ask if this suggestion could be possible because it was an easy fix. Question: Is there a way in the Get Help on the main page to tell Patrons if they are having problems to try and change their browser and see what happens. If this does not correct the problem, then please contact us. The issue yesterday was she could not see a digital image and once she went from IE to Chrome, the image appeared. She was surprised at how easy the fix was. This happens with other issues like can not see my Temple reserved list and other problems I can not think of right now.

It would be very helpful to all of us alike, Missionaries and Patrons. So please think about adding this help issue.
